Chopped Onion

Instructions
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and keep it aside
Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
Add chopped carrot and celery and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Add boneless chicken breast pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Turn off the heat, and add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
