-Boil water.
Cooking Steps
Step 1: Froth the Milk (Without Machine)
-Boil 1 cup low-fat/skimmed milk.
-Once boiled, pour into a clean jar with lid or use a whisk or hand blender.
-Shake the jar vigorously for 30–40 seconds (careful if hot) or whisk till it becomes foamy on top.
Step 2: Make Coffee Base
-In your coffee cup, add:
-1 tsp instant coffee
-2–3 tbsp hot water
-Stir briskly till frothy using a spoon or a small whisk.
Step 3: Assemble
-Slowly pour the frothed milk over the coffee base.
-Spoon the foam on top.
-Sprinkle a pinch of coffee or cinnamon on the top.
