Spinach

Carrot, red

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together bajra flour, chopped spinach, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Add water as needed to make a batter of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Grease the pan with a few drops of oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot with mint chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
