Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, combine the sliced avocado, chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely sliced red onion.
In another small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together plain curd, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, green chili, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Place the chopped lettuce leaves in a serving bowl.
