Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast

Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tbsp (15g)
Olive Oil

Dried Oregano
0.25 tsp (0.5g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the chicken with the mix and keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 2-3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, that has been lined with Parchment paper or Aluminium foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
