Preparation
-Wash, peel and grate bottle gourd (lauki)
- Squeeze out excess water
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine grated lauki and lactose free curd.

Refrigerate the raita for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
