Cooking Steps
Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
Let the almond milk cool down until it's warm to the touch but not hot.
Once the milk has cooled down, add the lactose-free yogurt and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic container with a lid.
Cover the container with a lid and place it in a warm place, like an oven with the light on or a warm spot on the counter.
Let the mixture sit undisturbed for 6-8 hours or until it thickens and forms curds.
Once the curd has formed, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve cold.
