Dried Kokam

Roasted Cumin powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Soak the dried kokam in a cup of water for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, Strain the juice into a bowl, discarding any solids.
In a large pitcher, add the remaining cups of water, black salt, and roasted cumin powder. Stir well.
Add the kokam juice to the pitcher and mix well.
Taste and adjust the sweetness and salt as needed.
Serve it.
