Instructions
Cooking Steps
Take a bowl mix rice and whole moong dal and wash them at least 2-3 times.
In a pressure cooker heat oil and splutter jeera.
Transfer the washed white rice and moong dal to the pressure cooker and add water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Cook till 3 whistles on a medium flame and serve hot.
