Instructions
Preparation
Boil and peel the potato.
Mash it.
Wash bitter gourds and remove outer skin & scoop out seeds and boil.
Keep bitter gourd aside for 10-15 minutes.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix the crumbled paneer, mashed potatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Mash boiled bitter gourd and add them to the paneer-potato mixture. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis.
Heat a non-stick pan and add oil.
Place the tikkis on the pan and cook them on low to medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot.
