Bitter gourd, jagged, teeth ridges, short
50 gms (50g)
Chopped Cucumber
1 small cup (100g)
Chopped Tomato
1 small cup (100g)
Red Onion
0.25 cup, sliced (50g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tbsp (10g)
Fresh cilantro (chopped)

lemon juice

Preparation
Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices and sprinkle salt over them. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes to remove the bitterness.
Rinse the bitter gourd slices with water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bitter gourd slices, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, sliced red onion, chopped green chili, and chopped cilantro.
Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and toss well to combine.
