Preparation
Wash , Remove seed and thinly sliced Bitter guard.
Cooking Steps
Sprinkle a little salt on the sliced bitter gourd and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to remove excess water and bitterness. Rinse the bitter gourd slices and pat them dry.
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt or curd until smooth.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the sliced bitter gourd to the curd mixture and mix well.
Garnish with roasted cumin seeds and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve it.
