Preparation
-Was and slice karela.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced karela and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are cooked and slightly browned.
Add finely chopped onions and green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are well combined and the karela is fully coated in the masala.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
