Instructions
Cooking Steps
Cut the kangkung into 2-3 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
Add chopped garlic and chili and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the kangkung to the wok or pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems are tender.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
