Plain Water
0.25 small cup (50g)

Cooking Steps
Rinse the kala chana well and soak them in water overnight.
The next day, drain the water and rinse the kala chana again.
Place the kala chana in a damp muslin cloth and tie it up.
Keep the cloth in a warm place, like a warm corner of your kitchen or in a sprouter if you have one.
Rinse the cloth and the kala chana twice a day and keep them moist by spraying water on them.
After 2-3 days, the kala chana will sprouted.
