Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine Jowar flour, wheat flour. Mix well.
Slowly add water and knead the dough until it's smooth and pliable. The dough should be slightly stiff and not too soft.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
After resting, divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
Dust each ball with some flour and roll it out into a thin round shape.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the hot tawa and let it cook for 20-30 seconds.
Flip the roti and cook the other side for another 20-30 seconds.
Repeat the same process for the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
