Chopped Tomato
0.5 small cup (40g)
Cumin Powder

Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Olive Oil

Warm Water
1 small cup (100g)
Carrot
0.25 cup, grated (50g)
Green Bell pepper

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, chopped tomatoes, green bell peppers, grated carrot, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add water and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a few drops of olive oil and spread it around the pan.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it around evenly.
Cook until the cheela turns golden brown on one side. Flip and cook the other side for a minute.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
