Jowar Flour
0.5 small cup (40g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add jowar flour, wheat flour, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add warm water to the mixture and knead the dough until it becomes soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin and board.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, place the rolled roti on it.
Cook the roti on both sides until it turns golden brown, using a spatula to press it down and cook evenly.
Once cooked, remove the roti from the tawa and place it on a plate. Serve hot with your favorite curry
