Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the jowar flour, chopped spinach, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading it into a smooth and soft dough. The amount of water required may vary depending on the quality of the flour, so add water in small quantities.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Take a ball of dough and flatten it with your hands. Place it on a flat surface and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick tawa (flat pan) over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, place the rolled-out roti on it and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
