Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the jau atta, besan,onion, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
Add enough water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil using a brush or a tissue paper.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
Cook the cheela for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp.
Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until it is golden and crisp.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Serve hot.
