Jaggery, cane

Plain Water
4 medium cup (1000g)
lemon juice
2 tbsp (30g)
cardamom powder
1 tsp (2g)
Instructions
Preparation
-Grate jaggery, keep aside.
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, heat the water over medium heat.
Add the grated jaggery to the water and stir until it dissolves completely.
Add cardamom powder. Stir well.
Let the mixture boil for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
Once cooled, add lemon juice and strain the jaggery water through a fine-mesh strainer.
