Potato, brown skin, small
3 small (300g)
Cheddar Cheese
0.25 cup (50g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Black Pepper

Instructions
Preparation
-Soak black beans overnight.
-Pressure cook soaked black beans.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 45-50 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and slice them open.
Spoon the boiled beans over the potatoes and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese , salt, black pepper on top.
Place the potatoes back in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
