0.5 cup (100g)
Plain Water
1 small cup (200g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Skimmed Milk Curd
0.25 cup (50g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Add suji, whisked curd to the mixture. Mix well. Keep it aside for fermentation for at least 15 mins.
In an idli stand add water sufficient enough for idli to get steamed. ( With respect to that water should not boil and mix with the batter)
Grease the idli mould with oil and add Eno salt to the batter.
Cover with a lid and steam it for 12-15 minutes.
Serve hot.
