Instructions
Cooking Steps
To make hung curd, take plain yogurt and tie it in a muslin cloth or cheesecloth. Hang it for 4-5 hours or overnight until all the whey drains out, and the curd becomes thick.
In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, chopped cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
Refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled.
