Preparation
To make Hung Curd:
-Take plain yogurt and place it in a cheesecloth or muslin cloth. Tie it and hang it for about 4-5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This will remove all the liquid from the yogurt and leave behind a thick and creamy hung curd.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, take the hung curd and whisk it until smooth.
Add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as required.
Your Hung Curd Dressing is ready to serve.
