Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add green beans and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
Add bell peppers and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still have a crunch.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes and gently mix without breaking them. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
