Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the peanuts and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn light brown.
Add the makhana and puffed rice and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the makhana becomes crispy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are well-coated and fragrant.
Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
