Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, add sattu flour, chopped almonds, chopped cashews, raisins, desiccated coconut, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add water little by little to make a dough. The dough should be moist enough to hold together.
Grease your palms with oil or ghee and take a small portion of the dough.
Shape the dough into a small ball or laddu.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Store the sattu laddus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
