Preparation
-Cut paneer into cubes.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Add paneer cubes to the bowl and toss them in the herb mixture until all the cubes are coated.
Place the paneer cubes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not touching each other.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the paneer cubes are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and garnish with coriander leaves.
