Cooking Steps
Boil milk in a heavy duty pot, once the milk starts boiling add lemon juice/vinegar and begin to stir.
Keep stirring the milk until it completely curdles. Add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, cumin seeds powder, chaat masala and salt to it.
Once the milk has curdled completely, switch off the flame and then immediately pour the entire mixture in the strainer lined with the muslin cloth/cotton napkin.
Keep a heavy weight over it or you can even hang it for an hour.
After 30-40 mins the paneer will be set. Once warm or cooled cut homemade paneer into cubes or any shape.
