Instructions
Preparation
-Pressure cook Potato.
- Mash them.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine besan with mashed potato.
In a food processor or blender, add the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, green chili, grated ginger, grated garlic, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth green paste. You may need to add a little water to help with the blending process.
Add the green paste to the mashed vegetables. Mix well to ensure that the mixture is well combined.
Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round or oval kebabs.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the kebabs on the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the pan and let them rest for a minute.
Serve hot.
