1 cup (200g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Chopped Tomato
1 small cup (100g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Grated Ginger
1 tsp (3g)
Cumin seeds
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil

Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Plain Water

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped garlic and grated ginger and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well.
Drain the gundruk and add it to the pan. Mix well.
Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the gundruk is cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
