Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a medium-sized bowl, mash the avocados with a fork or a potato masher until they are mostly smooth but still a little chunky.
Add the diced tomato, onion, cilantro and minced garlic to the bowl. Mix well.
Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
