Instructions
Cooking Steps
Soak the skewers in water for 10-15 minutes.
Thread the paneer cubes, bell pepper cubes, and onion cubes onto the skewers. Season with chaat masala and salt.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Place the skewers on the grill, brush olive oil and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until the paneer and vegetables are charred and cooked through.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
