Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then brush onto chicken.
Grill chicken 6-8 mins each side until fully cooked; let it rest, then slice.
In a bowl, place chopped lettuce leaves.
Add shredded cheese.
