1 small cup (100g)
Button Mushroom
1 cup, sliced (200g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Chopped Green Chilli
2 tsp (4g)
Garlic paste
1 tsp (5g)
Cumin seeds
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Red chilli Power
0.25 tsp (1.25g)

Instructions
Preparation
-Blanch the sliced mushroom and green peas separately for few mins. Keep aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Sauté until onion turns translucent.
Add blanched mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked.
Add blanched green peas, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10-12 minutes on medium-low heat. Keep stirring occasionally.
Once the peas and mushroom are cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
