Tempeh
100 gm (100g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)

Instructions
Preparation
For Boiling Dal:
Wash and soak moong dal in water overnight.
Pressure cook moong dal for 3-4 whistles.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled green moong dal, cubed tempeh, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, and chopped green chili. Mix well.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
