Preparation
For Boiling Dal:
Wash and soak moong dal in water overnight.
Boil moong dal for 20-25 mins.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled green moong dal, cubed paneer, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, and chopped green chili. Mix well.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
