Cooking Steps
Rinse the green moong dal in water until the water runs clear and soak it for 1-2 hours.
In a pressure cooker, heat over medium heat. Dry roast cumin seeds.
Add the drained green moong dal and mix well.
Add water and stir again.
Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or until the dal is cooked through.
Let the pressure release naturally. Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and stir the dal well.
