Cooking Steps
Take a pan, add oil and heat it. Add chopped vegetables (Onion , tomatoes, bell peppers/ capsicum) and saute on low flame.
In a blender or food processor, grind the soaked moong dal along with ginger paste, green chili, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt. Add a little water if needed to make a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of the moong dal batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a thin, round cheela (pancake).
Cook the cheela on medium-low heat until it turns golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Once the cheela is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
To assemble the dal cheela wrap .
Take cooked cheela, add saute vegetables on Cheela and fold cheela over the filling to form a wrap.
Serve hot.
