Chopped Green Chilli

Coriander Powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add shelled green cholia and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat until the cholia is cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
