Green Beans (Chopped)
1 cup (200g)
Coconut (Fresh)
1 small piece (20g)
Cumin seeds
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Mustard seeds
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Curry leaves
5 gms (5g)
Coconut oil
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Common salt

Preparation
-Grate fresh coconut. keep aside.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped green beans, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the beans are tender but still have a crunch.
Add grated coconut to the pan and mix well.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the coconut is slightly toasted.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
