Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, and seeds.
In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil, salt, and cinnamon over medium heat until the coconut oil melts and the mixture is well combined.
Add the date paste to the saucepan and stir until well combined.
Pour the date mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and press down firmly to form an even layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
