Ginger Paste

0.25 small cup (50g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the soya flour and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, ginger paste, chopped green chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the circle and wrap the dough around it.
Roll the stuffed ball into a paratha (flatbread) using a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the paratha on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot.
