Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and sauté until they turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cauliflower florets and carrot pieces. Mix well, ensuring the vegetables are coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat until the vegetables are cooked but still have a crunch.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
