Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds until they start to splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
Add ginger paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped carrots, cauliflower florets, and green peas. Mix well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the lid and let the excess water evaporate.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
