Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
Marinate the chicken pieces in the spice paste for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy has thickened.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
