Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, rice flour, salt, and instant yeast.
Add the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan.
Cover the loaf pan with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
