Instructions
Cooking Steps
Peel and grate the bottle gourd/ghiya. Squeeze out the excess water and keep aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the homemade low fat curd until smooth.
Add the grated bottle gourd, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves and serve chilled.
