Step 1: To make Gawarfli dry vegetable, first heat oil in a pan

Step 2: Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

Step 3: Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute

Step 4: After 1 minute add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft

Step 5: Now add Gwarfali and 1/2 cup of water

Step 6: After half cooking, add coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt

Step 7: Mix and cook until the Gwarfali is cooked well

Step 8: Serve Gawarfali Dry Vegetables along with Rabodi and Phulka for dinner
